Q: Best way to level KLvl? Best way to level Phantom Jobs?
A: CEs are very effective for Knowledge EXP, and chaining mobs in a party is effective for Phantom Jobs. Phantom Bard can give a party-wide 10% EXP buff at level 2.
Q: How do I unlock (X)?
A: Check Fae's OC Details sheet.
Q: Do I de-level on death?
No, however you must be raised to not lose XP. If you Return after death you will lose knowledge level. This only applies to people above level 5.
Q: Where do I get the survey points for the quests?
Check the map. You'll need: 9 The Vanishing Slope South Horn ( 20.2 , 12.2 ) 13 The Fell Warren South Horn ( 10.2 , 22.5 ) 15 The Shadowed City South Horn ( 24.2 , 32.8 ) A Ruined Land unlock: #7 Lost Citadel at (31.3, 17.0) Past and Crescent unlock: #19 The Abandoned Ascent at (15.6, 29.5)
Q: Calamity Bound won't spawn!!
Make sure you're killing Crescent Inkstains around ( 13, 34 ). Unfortunately it could take a while to spawn since the Critical Engagement queue could get clogged up with a ton of other CEs. If you get a fresh instance immediately rush for the Inkstains. The time of day is irrelevant for this CE to spawn.
What's some "meta" PJ for my preferred job?
Play what you want for now. Doesn't really matter what you do in CE grinding but generally:

What's this Arcanaut's gear??
The elemental/bozjan armor of Occult. It takes 4,000 silver pieces per armor piece. Upgrades use this golden fabric drop from chests in the overworld and the final step is from Forked Tower.
Optimal purchase order for Arcanaut's gear??
If you look closely they all cost 4,000 silver pieces. Just grab them all in any order.
Where can I unlock Oracle/Ranger/Berserker/etc??

Q: I got this weird carrot in my inventory OR I see a weird carrot on the ground? What for?
If you get a weird carrot in your inventory you can use (right click -> use) it near one of those half eaten carrots on the ground. Spawns a happy bunny chest for some loot.
Carrots seems to come from Bronzes and Silver(?) chests from around the world.
Q: How do I get the "Battle High" status
We know it comes from CEs (maybe FATEs) BUT we don't have a consistent method for it. For all we know it could just be totally random on completion! If someone finds a consistent method, let us know.

FATEs and CEs.
How do I get Gold Coins?
Kill mobs. Higher levels yield 8-11 coins per kill. You get more when chaining.

Mobs that can be chained have the
icon on them. For a most efficient farm, find mobs of the appropriate level, based on the size of your party. I highly recommend a
full
party for better gains.
Thief,
Thief is highly recommended, this allows you to get more loot with every kill:

NIN Mug/Dokimuri also apparently works for better loot,
In terms of composition I recommend:
- 1x Tank with for the 90% mit,
- 1x Tank with / to grab the next mob when your current mob is below 25%,
- 2x Healers,
- 4 DPS, I recommend 1x Thief + 1x (Cannon skills are very strong an include blind + paralyze),
Kill mobs 1-by-1, killing multiple mobs does not extend your timer, it's a flat value. After
60, you have 20s to kill a mob, after
70, you have 15s to kill a mob. Chaining gets very, very quick. Chain EXP bonus is 3% per chain value, this affects both Knowledge and Phantom job EXP. This can be done at any level.
